Users may be required to pay a $2.49 fee per garage sale posting or other fees as listed on the site. All fees are non-refundable (except where required by law), must be paid in full before a listing is published, and may change at any time with notice.
4. Posting Rules
You must provide truthful and accurate details. You may not post illegal items, weapons, drugs, hateful content, or spam. Each paid posting is limited to one individual garage sale event at a single location within a specific date range. Any subsequent sale requires a new posting and payment.
5. User Content and License
By posting content, you grant GarageSaleUS.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute your content. You retain ownership of your content.
6. Prohibited Uses
